New Tune Tuesday: Hey Valentine

 

Nothing completes this day full of love, flowers, and candy better than a good little tune! That is why I bring you "Hey Valentine" for this week's New Tune Tuesday! This fun little song has many concepts embedded into it such as aspects of the holiday, taking turns, and following directions. I have even had success using it as a fill in the blank opportunity for students to say "Valentine" or activate a switch with "Valentine" recorded on it. I have also challenged some of my higher functioning kiddos to only play their instrument whenever they hear "Valentine" during the chorus.
